Maintenance software built for EASA rules.
MRO Tracker supports Part-145 maintenance organisations, CAMOs and CAOs, owners maintaining Part-ML aircraft, and US repair stations that also hold an EASA approval.
Choose EASA once, and releases, licence checks, certificates, units, dates and VAT follow it.
Set the authority once. MRO Tracker follows it everywhere.
An organisation administrator picks EASA (or FAA + EASA) in Manage Organization. From then on every screen, document and phone app uses EASA wording and checks.
Certifying staff checked
Part-66 licences and your certification authorisations live on each person's record. Wrong category, expired licence or lapsed recency: the release is refused with the reason.
CRS and EASA Form 1
Issue the Certificate of Release to Service for a work order and EASA Form 1 for components, in the official layout, numbered and sealed.
ARC tracking
Record airworthiness reviews on Form 15a, 15b or 15c, extensions included. The ARC sits in Maintenance Due and blocks dispatch when overdue.
EASA ADs
EASA ADs from the Safety Publications Tool feed are matched to your fleet, with FAA ADs for US-designed products.
Part-21 engineering
Classify changes (21.A.91) and repairs (21.A.435). A major change can't close without its EASA or DOA approval reference.
EU VAT and languages
Reverse charge for EU business customers, export at 0 VAT, and the app in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Swedish.
