Send us the exports you already have: aircraft, components, due lists, AD/SB status and history. Excel and paper records count too.
2. We import and map it
We map your data into MRO Tracker and flag anything that needs a decision from you.
3. You verify, then go live
Check the due lists against your current system side by side. When the numbers match, you cut over.
Moving from Flight Schedule Pro or Flight Circle, automatically
Connect your Flight Schedule Pro account with a read-only API key, or upload its report exports. MRO Tracker brings across your people, aircraft, flight history, upcoming reservations, training records and account balances.
You check how the columns match before anything is imported. Running it again updates records instead of duplicating them, so you can keep FSP running until you switch, and logins go out only when you are ready. On Flight Circle? Upload its report downloads and your users, aircraft, flight history, reservations, training hours and balances come across the same way. Using another scheduling system? No hard cutover date
Keep your current system running while your team learns MRO Tracker on your own aircraft. You decide when to switch off the old one.
Plans are month to month, so you are never locked in on either side.
What it costs
Data migration is scoped per customer and typically runs $5,000 to $15,000, depending on fleet size and how clean the source data is. Guided setup is $2,500 one-time.
