Integrations
MRO Tracker works with the tools you already use.
Accounting, payments, sign-in, messaging, calendars, flight tracking and engine data, connected to one system for maintenance, flight ops, training and billing.
Communication
Microsoft Teams
Alerts in Teams, Teams meetings from Program Management and Business Development with Outlook invitations, and chat, call or meet with colleagues.
For flight schools: WhatsApp buttons on students and bookings, plus booking reminders and alerts on WhatsApp for students who choose it. Replies go to their instructor.
Text messages
Alerts by text, two-way replies and Text MRO Tracker: ask about your fleet by text message. Each person picks any mix of email, text, Teams and WhatsApp.
Calendar feeds
Subscribe to your flights and bookings in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. The feed keeps itself up to date.
Accounting, payments and sales
QuickBooks Online
Invoices and payments go to QuickBooks, with your products and services mapped once. Stores values post there too; quantities stay in MRO Tracker.
Online payments (Stripe)
Customers pay invoices online by card. Each operator has its own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you.
Salesforce
Keep Business Development leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities in step with Salesforce, with a sync log and undo.
DocuSign
Send charter quotes, estimates and sales orders for signature through your own DocuSign account. MRO Tracker also has electronic signatures built in.
Accounting exports
Not on QuickBooks? Export invoices and payments as a Xero import, or as a balanced general journal for Sage, NetSuite, Business Central or any other system, using your own chart of accounts.
Expense apps
Approved crew expenses go to Expensify or SAP Concur on the crew member’s account, and receipts match to company-card transactions in Brex. Ramp and others by CSV.
Security and data
Single sign-on
Sign in with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin and other SAML or OIDC identity providers, with MFA on top.
Partner API and webhooks
A REST API for your own systems and partners, with keys per partner, scoped access and change events sent to your webhooks.
Reporting and planning
Power BI and Excel
Report-ready tables for aircraft availability, maintenance due, squawks, work orders, labor, flights, invoices and stock. An admin creates a read-only reporting key; reports refresh on their own schedule.
Microsoft Project
Import a program schedule from Microsoft Project, with its tasks, links and assignments, and export the plan back to open in Project. XML format.
Flight operations
Live flight tracking
Where your aircraft are now, recent flights and a flight following board, from Flightradar24 data.
FAA Aircraft Registry
Add an aircraft by N-number and MRO Tracker fills in its details from the FAA Aircraft Registry, updated daily.
FAA charts and airport data
Approach plates and Chart Supplement pages for your airports, inside trip planning and airport info.
Maintenance data
Garmin and JPI engine data
Import engine logs from Garmin and JPI monitors, or have them uploaded automatically by email or a connected data provider. Times go to an approval queue.
CAMP due list import
Bring your CAMP due list into MRO Tracker when you switch, item by item.
PartsBase inventory file
List serviceable stock on PartsBase with an inventory file built from your Stores rules: only parts that are in stock, accepted and certified.
Flight school migration
Flight Schedule Pro
Move students, aircraft, bookings and accounts from Flight Schedule Pro with its API, or export back to it.
