What you can do

Your work in MRO Tracker, your conversations in Teams.

Nothing new to learn: alerts, meetings and chats show up where your team already talks.

Alerts in Teams

AOG, overdue items, assignments, QC and shared task updates arrive as a Teams card with an Open in MRO Tracker button. Type stop or start to pause or resume them.

Teams only, or on top of email

Choose in My Preferences: alerts in Teams as well as email or text, or Teams only with email as the backup so nothing is missed.

Program Management meetings

Create or start a Teams meeting from a program meeting. The join link is saved with it, and changing the time or attendees updates the invitation.

Business Development meetings

Log a Meeting or Demo on a lead, opportunity or account and send the contact a Teams invitation. Reschedule or cancel it from the timeline.

Chat, call or meet

Pick one or more MRO Tracker users and chat, call or video call them in Teams, start a meeting now, or schedule one for later.

Your calendar, your invitations

Meetings are created in the organizer's own Outlook calendar, so attendees, including people outside your company, get a normal Teams invitation.

Setup

Set up in about 15 minutes.

Apps, Built for your org, MRO Tracker, Add. Then choose how your alerts arrive.

Security

Least privilege, by design.

  • Delegated permissions only. MRO Tracker acts as the signed-in person and only for things they start. It can't read mail, files, chats or other people's calendars.
  • Encrypted tokens. Microsoft access tokens are encrypted before storage and never sent to the browser. Disconnecting deletes them.
  • Only what's needed goes to Microsoft. Meetings: the title, time, attendees and agenda you enter. Alerts: a subject, a short summary and a link back to MRO Tracker, where the details stay.
  • Verified messages. MRO Tracker checks the signature on every message Teams sends it.
  • You stay in control. Your administrator can remove MRO Tracker from Microsoft Entra and Teams at any time.
Needs Microsoft 365 work or school accounts with Teams. Chats and calls with people in another organization work when both organizations allow external access in Teams.
