MRO Tracker Workshop
For Part 145 repair stations and shops. Priced per user who creates or signs work.
Workshop: $55 per user a month
Work orders, task cards, QC/RII, time clock, parts, tools, hangar planning and reports.
Workshop + Billing: $75 per user a month
Everything in Workshop, plus estimates with online customer approval, sales orders, invoicing, payments, storage billing and your own online parts store.
Five-user minimum. Customers approving estimates, view-only staff and auditors are free. Flying your own aircraft too? Add Flight Ops for $75 per aircraft a month.
MRO Tracker Light
For owners and small flight departments with three aircraft or fewer.

For Part 61 and Part 141 schools that train, rent and maintain their own fleet.

Scheduling with booking checks, courses with graded and signed lessons (Part 61 and 141), instructor endorsements, rental billing with prepaid accounts, flight reminders and the Student app, plus the full Maintenance workspace for the fleet, with stores and parts.
Flight School Complete: $89 per aircraft a month
Everything in Flight School, plus dispatch with flight releases and FRAT, flight following, hangar planning, quotes and estimates, QuickBooks and your own online parts store.
Unlimited instructors, staff, students and renters. Simulators and FTDs $20 each a month. Same fleet discounts; account minimum $195 a month. From $150,000 a year
All modules and all locations, with a user limit set in your agreement, plus single sign-on with your identity provider and the partner API. Implementation is a one-time $35,000 and covers setup, data import and admin training.
