Enroll a student on a course with a primary instructor and watch progress lesson by lesson. The instructor grades each item and signs the record; once signed it can't be changed, and the student acknowledges it.
For Part 141, record enrollment and graduation certificate numbers, and stage checks that must be given by a chief or check instructor who isn't the student's own instructor.

Issue endorsements from AC 61-65 wording, signed by the instructor with their certificate number.
Pre-solo, solo, solo cross-country, knowledge and practical test, flight review and more. Signed endorsements can't be edited, only revoked with a reason.
Expiry is worked out for you: 90 days for solo endorsements, the end of the second calendar month for the practical test, 24 calendar months for the flight review. Print them for the logbook.

Students and renters are checked when they book and again at dispatch.
- Students: a current solo endorsement for the make and model, with their solo weather limits shown to confirm
- Renters: checked out in the make and model, flown it within your currency window, and a current flight review
- Everyone: the account balance against your minimum, and an aircraft that has no due items or grounding squawks
Set each check to off, warn or block. Blocks are enforced on the web and in the apps, and a dispatcher can override with a reason.
The invoice is ready when the airplane is back.
Set aircraft rates by Hobbs, tach, block or flight time, and instructor rates for flight and ground.
At check-in the flight is invoiced to the pilot, with aircraft, instruction, ground time and a fuel receipt credit. Prepaid accounts pay what they can, with deposits and block-time packages, and a draft lesson record waits for the instructor to grade.
Customers pay online, and invoices and payments go to QuickBooks.
