This policy explains what Leesburg Aviation LLC collects through mrotracker.com and the MRO Tracker app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us
Your name, email, phone, company and anything you write in a demo request or message.
When you use MRO Tracker
Account details such as your name, email and role, the records you and your team enter, and sign-in history.
When you visit the site
Basic usage data, such as pages viewed and browser type, collected through cookies by our website platform.
How we use it
To answer your questions, run your account, provide support, and send service messages you have turned on, such as daily summaries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your maintenance or flight records for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run the website and the app for us, such as hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing, only as needed to provide the service.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages in the MRO Tracker app, we keep your mobile number, the date, time and IP address of your consent, the texts you send to MRO Tracker and our replies. We use them only to send you the messages you asked for, to answer your texts and to keep a record of your consent.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with our text message provider (Twilio) to deliver messages.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also remove your number in My Preferences in the app.
Your choices
You can export your records at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal information. Some records may be kept where the law or your operation's record-keeping requirements call for it.
